  • Part-time - Up to 18+ hours per week

BTYC Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach to join our dynamic team in 2026.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about athlete development, works well in a collaborative environment, and is committed to helping gymnasts reach their full potential in a supportive, positive, and motivated coaching culture.

About the Role

  • Up to 18+ hours per week of WAG coaching
  • Program development to help every athlete achieve their goals
  • Collaborate closely with the WAG Head Coach and broader coaching team
  • Work in a well-resourced, team-focused environment with a strong community culture

About You

  • FIG1/Advanced Accreditation with experience coaching Levels 5–7; or
    FIG2/Advanced Silver Accreditation with experience coaching Levels 8–9
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive, and athlete-focused
  • Available for weekend and evening coaching hours
