Paddle Australia is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who will work closely with the CEO, Executive Management Team and Board, while also engaging directly with members, clubs and stakeholders across the country.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who is a trusted, highly organised professional and who brings calm, clarity and excellence to everything they do.

It is important to us that you are committed to organisational excellence and providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders as we lead and serve our community.

Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will provide:

  • High-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Management Team, including calendar management, email triaging, travel bookings (domestic and international) and confidential correspondence

  • Governance and secretariat support to the Board, Committees and Discipline Technical Committees

  • Frontline member and operational support

  • Coordination support for major organisational projects and events

The role is based on the Gold Coast and is full time (with flexibility required on occasions).

 

You will also bring

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role (including experience supporting senior executives, Boards or Committees)

  • Confidence working with databases, CRMs and digital platforms

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and initiative
