NSW Rugby Union is seeking two dynamic and community-focused Rugby Development Officers, one based in greater Sydney and the other in North Western Sydney, to help grow the game across Sydney.
The North West Sydney position is partly funded by NSW Rugby World Cup Legacy funding and through a partnership with Eastwood Rugby Club.
These full-time roles will play a key part in driving rugby participation by supporting clubs, schools, coaches, match officials, and volunteers through innovative recruitment and retention programs, strong community relationships, and development initiatives that enhance rugby experiences at every level.
