About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Consumer Operations Manager, the Consumer & Events Executive plays a key role in strengthening relationships with our members and fans through a strong sales through service culture.
This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activity, supporting ticketing requirements, and planning and delivering our annual member events. You will also play a hands on role in match day engagement initiatives and targeted sales campaigns, helping to drive growth across memberships, ticketing, and consumer programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and delivery of the Club’s annual member events
- Provide best in class customer service to members and fans across phone, email, face to face, live chat, mail and social channels
- Achieve sales targets through inbound enquiries and outbound sales campaigns
- Support ticketing operations for home and away matches
- Assist in the delivery of match day engagement opportunities to grow and retain our fan base
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute targeted membership and consumer campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Club’s CRM system
- Represent the Club professionally at events, matches and stakeholder activations.
About You
You are a motivated, people focused professional who enjoys balancing sales targets with genuine service. You will bring:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service or events role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and sound problem solving skills
- A collaborative, team first mindset
- Confidence working toward targets and contributing to team outcomes
- Experience facilitating or supporting events is desirable
- Availability to work outside standard hours, including home games, Club events and selected away matches
- Most importantly, you align with the Parramatta Eels’ values and bring energy, professionalism and pride to everything you do.
