This includes day to day management of the national accredited coach database, administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), creation and maintenance of course content within the LMS, preparation of report data, administration of the coach accreditation framework, and completing forward facing customer service tasks.

Your core duties will include:

  • Lead the customer service function for coach education, responding to enquiries relating to accreditation, membership and course pathway.
  • Support the operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital systems underpinning coach education delivery.
  • Act as primary liaison with Member Associations on coach education matters.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the coach accreditation and membership database within RevolutioniseSPORT.

What we are looking for:

You will have a passion for coaching & development and have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have advanced skills in data-based management, and an understanding of workforce education and development.

The ability to manage multiple and competing tasks, along with adapting to a changing environment whilst delivering deadlines. Experience with developing content and administering programs, along with an attention to detail.

Ideally you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in sport management, project management or other related fields.
  • A demonstrated understanding of workforce education and development.
  • Exceptional project management, coordination, and planning skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced skills in database management, administration of Learning Management Systems, MS Office, and other sport specific digital programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.
