Description

Sykes Rowing is seeking a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to lead our digital presence and communications.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will plan and deliver marketing activity across social media, website and email, while supporting product launches, regattas and brand growth across the rowing community.

The Role

  • Manage social media across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Maintain and improve the Sykes website (Square platform)
  • Plan and deliver campaigns aligned to regattas and product releases
  • Create content including photo, video and graphics
  • Write newsletters, blogs and brand communications
  • Support partnerships, merchandise and brand collateral
  • Track performance and improve results over time

About You

  • Strong digital, design and content capability
  • Able to plan, execute and manage your own workload
  • Clear, direct communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently with ownership
  • Understanding of rowing or sport is highly desirable

Details

  • Breakwater, Geelong
  • Part-time, up to 3 days per week
  • 12-month contract with view to ongoing
  • Some on-site work required, with remote flexibility
  • Interstate travel required from time to time
  • Salary commensurate with experience
