We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Facility Operations Unit Manager, we are seeking an Training Facilitator who can bring their skills and experience:

  • Coordinating, facilitating and delivering accredited training programs including CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard, and other compliance-based courses.
  • Supporting the development and upskilling of staff across aquatic and leisure operations, ensuring high standards of safety, service delivery and compliance.

To be considered you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs and facilitating learning in an aquatic or leisure environment
  • Current industry qualifications (e.g. Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, LSV Trainer/Assessor or ability to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of RLSSA Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and aquatic facility operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and develop staff
  • Local government experience is desirable
