Reporting to the Head of Sky Blue Pathways at Sydney FC, you will project manage the team’s administration tasks relating to the successful delivery of participation programs.
To be considered for this role you must have the ability to work with a team as well as simultaneously delivering individually and have the capacity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration between the groups.
The ideal candidate also has excellent computer literacy, planning skills and is great at adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver all daily customer service components relating to all Sydney FC participation programs, including but not limited to inbound phone calls, email inbox management, credit logging and processing, voucher redemptions, data management and fulfilment of participation benefits.
Setup all program registrations including designing online website assets, management of the website interface, online website product builds and testing.
Manage all records for each program, ensuring data, customer and financial accuracy.
Assisting with data transfers and financial summaries for program partners.
Manage compliance, rostering, invoicing, and reporting relating to contracted employees and volunteers working within the programs.
Manage the execution of the tactics for key launch periods including communication to past participants, feedback surveys, and information gathering to help improve programs in the future.
Assist in the coordination of match day ticketing and compliance for each regions dedicated A-League Men and A-League Women matchdays.
Provide project management assistance on all ad hoc team projects.
Assist in the on-site delivery of fan engagement requirements at A-League Men’s and A-League Women’s home fixtures. This will include oversight and finalisaton of run sheets, managing game day volunteers and logistics, event support and more.
Work as a Holiday Clinic Supervisor at Clinics across the Sydney FC remit.
Personal Attritbutes:
Excellent knowledge and experience using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational skills, time management and the ability to work well under pressure on a variety of tasks
A strong relationship builder across a wide range of external stakeholders.
Self-motivator and self-starter who proactively gets involved in all areas across the business, whilst being accountable to the delivery of key responsibilities.
Interest and knowledge in community sport and children’s programs, with motivation to understand the role’s function in engagement the next generation of Sydney FC Fans.
