Volleyball South Australia is seeking an energetic and people-focused Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team on a parental leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing one of South Australia’s leading sports organisations and supporting the volleyball community across the state.
In this role, you’ll lead affiliate and club engagement, membership growth, and stakeholder relationships while supporting the delivery of programs, competitions, and development initiatives. You’ll work closely with clubs, schools, volunteers, members, and community partners to create positive experiences and strengthen the sport at all levels.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sporting environment, has strong relationship management skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with a passionate team. Experience in club development, governance, membership engagement, or community sport administration will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and strengthening affiliated clubs and stakeholders
- Driving membership growth and engagement initiatives
- Coordinating club development workshops and regional engagement activities
- Managing stakeholder communication and relationships
- Leading and supporting casual staff and volunteers
- Contributing to the delivery and growth of volleyball competitions and programs
