SSMG and Play Pickle operate pickleball programs across 11+ venues in Sydney, with over 4,500 players and growing.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and community-focused Pickleball Coordinator to help run and grow pickleball programs across Sydney.
This is a flexible, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys:
- community sport
- coaching and player engagement
- creating welcoming experiences for players
- working in active and social environments
About the Role
You’ll help deliver:
- social pickleball sessions
- beginner programs
- coaching programs
- Leagues, tournaments and events
You’ll be the welcoming on-court presence for players, helping create a fun, inclusive, and organised environment that keeps people coming back each week.
The role includes a mix of weekday, morning, evening, and occasional weekend shifts across selected venues
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated pickleball coaching experience. Level 1 accreditation or proven on-court equivalent
- Experience facilitating sessions across social play, clinics, or group programs
- A people-first approach, comfortable with players of all ages and skill levels
- Ability to self-manage a varied schedule across multiple venues
- Availability for morning, weekday, and selected evening/weekend shifts
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel allowance provided)
- WWCC and First Aid (or willing to obtain)
