Eastwood Rugby Union Club is seeking an ambitious and driven rugby professional to lead our Colts and Pathways Programme.
As one of Australia's most successful rugby clubs, Eastwood is entering an exciting new phase with our move to Castle Hill and a renewed commitment to building the premier player development pathway in Sydney Rugby.
The Head of Colts & Pathways Programme will be responsible for leading the Colts programme, overseeing academy and pathway initiatives, driving recruitment and talent identification, and creating a seamless transition from Juniors and Schools Rugby into Colts, Grade Rugby and beyond.
This is a full-time leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the future of Eastwood Rugby.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Eastwood Colts Programme.
- Develop and implement Eastwood's long-term player pathway strategy.
- Align Eastwood Juniors, Academy, Colts and Grade Rugby programmes.
- Drive player recruitment, retention and talent identification initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with schools, junior clubs and representative programmes.
- Coordinate academy camps, development programmes and pathway events.
- Support the growth of Eastwood Women's Rugby pathways.
- Manage player tracking, progression and succession planning.
- Mentor and develop coaching staff across the pathway system.
