What you will be doing
Driving strategic and operational plans relating to the development of Performance Pathways, Coach Development, Officiating Development and Paralympic/Non-Paralympic Growth
Manage a high-performing, engaged team of salaried and contracted staff within the Pathways Department
Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of high-quality programs and projects
Manage and improve systems, policies and processes relating to facilitate the delivery of high-quality programs and projects
Operating within a complex, fast-paced environment to support the development and performance of the Western Australian swimming community
Who are we looking for
Experienced leader in similar positions within the sporting industry
Exceptional stakeholder manager with advanced interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen, adept at producing and implementing strategic and operational plans
Tertiary education in a related area, including but not limited to Sport, Business and/or Education

Employment Details
Full-Time, Permanent Role
38 hours per week, with flexibility required to work after hours where required
Ability to work Intra/Interstate on occasion
Valid work visa or appropriate Australian work rights are required for this position
