St George Dragons and Illawarra Steelers came together ahead of the 1999 NRL season to form a proud powerhouse with over a century of combined history and represent two of Rugby League’s richest regions. All Dragons are custodians of the Red V and while the Red V is in our possession, it’s our responsibility to add to the story and hand down the history and legacy to the next generation of Players, employees, fans and community. About you

You are an experienced leader who thrives in delivering high-quality support to members, managing complaints and escalations, improving operational processes and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all member touchpoints.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of our Membership and Ticketing program and system operations through POS system (Archtics), CRM (Salesforce), Aspect and PCI platforms
  • Train, develop and mentor Membership and Ticketing Coordinators, Interns and Casuals
  • Manage ticketing inventory, holds and release strategy in Aspect and PCI
  • Manage internal and external ticket requests
  • Forecast ticket sales and Game attendance
  • Facilitate event day ticketing operations and deliver customer service at main venue box office
  • Continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes and experiences, making it easier for customers to engage 
  • Develop and deliver outstanding member events and experiences
  • Work with Director of Membership, Ticketing and Merchandise to develop and implement membership marketing plan
  • Work closely with other Departments to bring campaigns and member initiatives to life
  • Design and develop Red V membership packs in conjunction with external suppliers
  • Identify and brief membership content opportunities which both attract new members to the program and hero Dragons members stories and connection to the club
  • Maintain and optimise the Dragons Membership website, both through dragons.com.au and Ticketmaster
  • Build eDMs and customer journeys to enhance member experience and grow revenue
  • Leading the resolution of complex membership and ticketing issues during peak periods while identifying and addressing root causes

Your qualifications, skills and experience

  • Minimum of three years experience in Membership and/or Ticketing Management with a professional sporting club, Entertainment business or related organisations
  • Proficient with Archtics, PCI, and Aspect ticketing platforms, and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in briefing creative teams to solve business challenges
  • Experience with configuring Archtics and event ticketing builds
  • Strong and confident communicator (oral and written)
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Adept at time management, multi-tasking and working to tight timelines
  • Flexible and accommodating in a changing environment
  • You must be legally entitled to work in Australia and have an ability to work outside of ordinary office hours (weekends, match days and events).
