- Casual positions available
Commencing Term 4, 2026 (Season through to Term 1, 2027)
The Geelong College, a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS), has a proud rowing tradition dating back to 1908. Our program operates from the College boatshed on the Barwon River in Geelong, as well as on-campus facilities in Newtown, and caters for boys and girls across four squads: Learn to Row, Junior, Intermediate and Senior.
We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate and experienced Rowing Coaches and Squad Coordinators to join our rowing program for the 2026/2027 season. Positions are available across all squads and both boys’ and girls’ programs.
Co-curricular sport at The Geelong College plays an important role in student development. Coaches are responsible for supporting the technical, physical and personal development of student athletes in a safe, inclusive and high-performance environment. All staff are expected to actively uphold the values and Christian ethos of the College.
Reporting to the Director of Rowing and Head Coach, and working closely with Squad Coordinators and coaching staff, Rowing Coaches will deliver high-quality training programs and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
