As the official NSW distributor for premium Italian sportswear brand MACRON, we're continuing to grow and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This isn't simply an administration position—it's an opportunity to become an important part of our internal sales team, manage your own customer portfolio, develop valuable commercial skills and build a rewarding career within our business.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Internal Sales role, you'll be at the centre of our customer experience, ensuring every order is managed professionally from enquiry through to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assist with daily operational workflow including incoming phone calls, email and showroom customers.

Preparing quotations, processing spreadsheets, operational documents and sales orders

Managing seasonal customer project orders from start to finish

Building strong relationships and develop your own portfolio of customers

Coordinating with our production, artwork and warehouse teams

Maintaining accurate customer information within our ERP system

Developing product knowledge across trophies, awards, medals, promotional products and teamwear

Supporting our external sales representative and helping drive business success
-
Identifying opportunities to provide additional products and solutions to customers
-
Manage inbound customer enquiries and clarify job requirements.

Provide technical advice & recommendations to customers.

Prepare templated or guided quotations for review.

Maintain accurate digital records & documentation.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:

Experience in sales administration, internal sales, customer service or office administration

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities

Confidence using business systems and technology

Experience using ERP software (NetSuite experience is highly regarded but not essential)

The ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

A proactive approach with a genuine desire to build your career and work independently and with a team
