About the Eels Institute

The Eels Institute is the education arm of the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club, launched in October 2025. In partnership with TAFE Queensland, we empower students to build meaningful careers across sport, business, leadership, and beyond.

Our 12-month programs are built around three key pillars:

  • Qualifications: Students complete two nationally recognised diploma-level qualifications across Sport, Leadership & Management, and/or Project Management.
  • Work Experience: Students gain up to 100 hours of practical industry experience with the Parramatta Eels and aligned industry partners.
  • Networking: Students develop valuable professional connections and expand their networks throughout their study journey.

As the Eels Institute continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional who can build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional student experience from enrolment through to completion.
