Disability Sports Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Coordinator to support the national delivery of our Abilities Unleashed and Sporting Schools programs. This full-time, 3-month contract role offers flexible remote working and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by increasing participation in sport for people with disability.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Participation and Education Manager, you will coordinate events and program delivery across Australia, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee logistics and registrations, support data collection and reporting, and help ensure high-quality, inclusive experiences for participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of Abilities Unleashed and Sporting Schools programs nationally.
- Manage event logistics, registrations, venues and accessibility requirements.
- Engage with councils, schools, sport providers and disability organisations.
- Support participant recruitment, stakeholder communications and program promotion.
- Monitor program outcomes and contribute to reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with child safety, risk management and organisational policies.
About You
You will have experience in project or event coordination, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital systems. A background in sport, recreation, community development or a related field is desirable. A current Working With Children Check and Australian driver's licence are required.
