Whitehorse Netball Association is looking for a Representative and Competitions Administrator to join our small, friendly team. This permanent part-time role (25 hours per week, must be available Saturdays) provides administration support across two connected areas - competitions administration and our Representative ("Rep") Program - supporting the Operations Manager, Umpire and Competition Coordinators, and acting as the primary administrator for the Rep Program from trials through to season completion. It's a great opportunity for someone with a sports management background, or who wants to build a career in the sports industry, based at Sportlink in Vermont South.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Managing fixtures, registrations and Netball Connect for all WNA competitions
Coordinating Rep Trials, uniforms, the annual calendar, and player/coach administration
Organising Rep Program events, including Photo Day and the Rep Presentation Event
Leading the planning and delivery of WNA events (e.g. Grand Final Day, Fast 5 and Rep Tournament)
Working alternate Saturdays as the escalation point for Saturday Competition Coordinators, Mission Control and umpires
Assisting the Operations Manager and Head Rep Coach with reporting and general administration
Successful candidate will have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An eye for detail with a can-do attitude
Strong time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to work independently, showing initiative and a strong focus on task delivery
Good computer skills; Netball Connect experience highly regarded
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Current driver's licence and own car
Remuneration: In accordance with the Sporting Organisations Award (Clerical and Administrative Grade 4–6).
