As a Duty Manager Coordinator you:

• Love being part of a dynamic team and inspiring others with your leadership and customer service approach.
• Are passionate about the wellbeing and safety of our members and can demonstrate a commitment to WHS and current facility & aquatic management regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work well within a team but can also call yourself a self starter.
• Can work early mornings and evenings. Weekends as required.
• Are tech savvy and have experience rostering utlising RosterElf or an equivalent package.
• Comfortable acting as the Chief Warden and have expereince managing emergency evacuations.
• Have experience training staff and managing maintenance requests.
