What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing health or fitness facilities, including aquatic centers.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sport, Fitness, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in customer service.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
  • A commitment to promoting a healthy, active community.
