The General Manager, Sport Services is a key role on the AusTri Executive, providing leadership and direction to the broader Sport Services Team. The role reports directly to the AusTri CEO and leads a team of 10+ with 5 direct reports in "delivering triathlon” through services and programs provided to participants, coaches and clubs across Australia. The GM will enable effective and efficient “sport operations” with a particular focus on realising the benefits of Triathlon participation and ensuring that Sport Services as a whole is delivering on key priorities in support of triathlon’s strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will have:
Senior Leadership experience within a National Sporting Organisation (NSO)
Evidence of strong stakeholder relations (essential)
Strong business acumen including P&L oversight responsibility (essential)
Minimum bachelor's degree (preferred)
