For more than 90 years, the Norths Devils have played a key role in shaping the sport of rugby league in Queensland. Since 1933, Norths has been home to some of the game’s greatest players and we continue to play a vital role in developing talent across Brisbane’s northside. Our club are the reigning Hostplus Cup and NRL State Champions.
We’re on the lookout for passionate, driven individuals to join our Athletic Development & Performance group for a range of roles across our Men’s and Women’s Programs. These roles will be supporting all levels, from Under 17s and 19s, through to our A-grade Hostplus Cup and BMD Premiership squads.
A successful football club is built on a strong foundation of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and skillsets, working across all levels of the club, who support and prepare the playing groups to be ready to go out and perform at their best every week.
What are we looking for?
- Coaches and staff with a wide range of unique experiences and perspectives.
- ASCA-accredited or university-qualified coaches are encouraged to apply, but formal qualifications are not essential.
- Individuals seeking both intern and lead opportunities, perfect for current students or developing coaches.
- Emerging nutritionists looking to gain experience working in a high-performance environment.

Coaching roles will commence from November 2025, with inductions to take place in the build up across August - October.
