On 1 July 2025, the QAS transitioned to a Statutory Body, guided by our values and focused on developing fit-for-purpose governance and corporate arrangements that support our vision of Inspiring Extraordinary Sporting Success.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is focussed on creating strong relationships and can take ownership for the delivery of high-quality business support across the Corporate Services team.

Corporate Services Operations Coordinator  will be working collaboratively across the Corporate Services team to ensure we can provide agile and responsive services in support of the high-performance environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide dynamic, high level business and senior administration support to the Executive Director of Corporate Services. This includes managing the schedule in line with established priorities, coordinating and preparation for meetings, minute taking on a senior level, agendas, diary and travel management, correspondence and administrative, financial and purchasing functions as delegated.
  • Identify, monitor and attend to urgent enquiries and issues on behalf of the Executive Director Corporate Services assuming an appropriate level of autonomy and self-directedness to issue resolution.
  • Assist to coordinate projects and tasks as directed by the Executive Director Corporate Services requiring a high level of bespoke problem solving, preparation of briefings and reports to a professional standard.
  • Perform confidential secretarial and other administrative duties as required and operate with a high level of independence. As well as the ability to set realistic work goals and objectives, effectively prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion and the meeting of deadlines.
