Act as an ambassador for Raging Waters Sydney, upholding all policies and standards. Supervise lifeguard operations, staffing, and compliance, including oversight of Head Lifeguards and Lead Operators. Manage rosters, rotations, audits, and KPIs. The Aquatics Supervisor must be an experienced leader who can uphold all aquatic standards including ensuring the Ellis and Associates Comprehensive Aquatics Risk Management Program (CARMP) is maintained. Lead emergency response, incident reporting, and ensure safety standards are met. Plan and deliver training, drills, and professional development, maintaining accurate records. Recruit, mentor, and manage staff to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
