This leadership role blends expert clinical insight with team development, innovation, and collaboration across our high-performance support network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a proactive, integrated approach to athlete care, directly contributing to our 2032 vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the physiotherapy team to deliver integrated, proactive, and high-impact support to athletes and coaches.
- Setting and upholding world-class clinical standards that prioritise athlete availability and performance outcomes.
- Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and connection to the QAS mission and values.
- Collaborating across disciplines to ensure a unified, athlete-centred model of care.
