The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) is on an ambitious journey towards Brisbane 2032 and beyond. This leadership role blends expert clinical insight with team development, innovation, and collaboration across our high-performance support network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a proactive, integrated approach to athlete care, directly contributing to our 2032 vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the physiotherapy team to deliver integrated, proactive, and high-impact support to athletes and coaches.
  • Setting and upholding world-class clinical standards that prioritise athlete availability and performance outcomes.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and connection to the QAS mission and values.
  • Collaborating across disciplines to ensure a unified, athlete-centred model of care.
