About the role

About you

You are an experienced clinical or health researcher with strong professional leadership capability and a proven ability to deliver complex research and evidence-based projects in high-performing environments.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications at PhD level in a relevant health science discipline
  • Extensive experience leading and managing clinical or health-related research projects, with accountability for strategic planning, delivery, quality and outcomes
  • Highly developed written communication skills, including experience producing evidence-based documents and research outputs for professional, executive or system-wide audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely, clear and compelling advice to senior leaders to support evidence-informed decision making
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and external partners
