About Us:
Balance Brisbane is a vibrant non-competitive gymnastics and ninja club located just 5km south of Brisbane's CBD. With a commitment to fostering growth and development, we currently support 1100 children in learning gymnastics and ninja skills each week. Our dedicated staff of 34, along with a robust trainee program, not only cultivates gymnasts and ninjas but also trains numerous new coaches annually.
Role Overview:
As the Club Manager, you play a pivotal role in the success of our business, working under the guidance of the Owner. Responsible for the overall performance of the club, you will collaborate closely with the administration team, aid in the development of Gym Leaders, and exemplify positive leadership. The role involves managing a team of coaches, gymnasts, and parents, handling rostering and future planning, and either possessing foundational coaching skills or being eager to learn. As a key member of the club leadership team, you will report against objectives, provide strong leadership to maintain Balance's inclusive culture, and contribute to policy and system development.
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is either a qualified coach in any sport with management experience, an individual who has held a team leadership role in a sporting or fitness club and is seeking a growth opportunity, or a senior administrator whose background or skill set make this a logical career progression. This full-time onsite position spans five days (Tuesday - Saturday).

- Work towards operational objectives, demonstrating adaptability under pressure.
- Exhibit organisational efficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft products, rostering/timesheets, and foundational human resource understanding.
- Cultivate positive relationships with members to strengthen our community.
- Assist with the administrative needs of our members.
- Learn foundational-level coaching (if not already qualified) and be willing to coach at this level if needed.
Benefits:
