About the role
This is a dynamic role within our Swim School, supporting the delivery and ongoing improvement of our Learn to Swim program. You’ll play a key part in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting instructors and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for participants and families.
The role blends administration, team support and program coordination, with a strong focus on safety, customer experience and community engagement. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while contributing to the growth and success of the program.
About you
We’re looking for someone organised, people-focused and adaptable, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, community environment. You might come from aquatics, recreation, customer service, administration or a similar field.
- Experience in administration, coordination or customer-facing roles
- The ability to support and guide a team in a positive and collaborative way
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
- A focus on delivering great customer and community outcomes
