Business Unit: Sports & Recreation

Title: Warringah Pool, Permanent Lifeguard, Permanent - Part-time Role, 31.25 hours per week

Salary Range: $65166.42 to $75733.98 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include: 
1)    Ensure adequate supervision is provided to maintain a safe environment for all users, including overseeing pools and surrounding areas.
2)    Assist the operations team and senior lifeguard in ensuring that the pools, buildings, grounds, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to meet community expectations for service delivery.
3)    Execute preventive measures, conduct rescues, initiate emergency protocols as necessary, and ensure compliance with facility regulations while enhancing the customer experience through diligent reporting and documentation.
