We are seeking an experienced and passionate Swim School Coordinator to lead our swim school operations at our facility in Chelsea Heights, Victoria. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the swim school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality swimming lessons and excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the swim school, including scheduling, staffing, and program execution
• You will join a team of 4 Facitlies operating premium learn to swim classes, including a strong management and leadership group.
• In conjunction with our extended swim school management team, you will;
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of experienced swim instructors to deliver exceptional lessons
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones
• Monitor and analyse swim school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the wider Engine Swim' team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• A person with outstanding leadership skills. people person first.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar swim school management role or relevant experience in the sport and recreation industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of swim instructors
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Demonstrated experience in program development, marketing, and performance analysis
• Thorough understanding of swimming instruction and industry best practices
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, as well as a valid Working with Children Check
