The purpose of the Performance Pathways Coach role is to:
Assist with the operational management of BV’s male and female Athlete Pathway programs
Assist with administration and coordination to support the implementation of strategies to drive the technical development of Coaches and Athletes of BV’s Athlete Pathway programs, specifically State Teams and Performance Programs
Lead, develop and deliver coach education programs at all levels
Maintain and develop positive working relationships with officials within the State Teams and Performance Programs
Work with the Head of Baseball Performance to assist with administration and coordination all TID & selection processes of relevant programs
Work with the Head of Baseball Performance to identify opportunities to develop and improve experiences for players and coaches
