Why Join Us?
This is more than a job. It is a rare opportunity to help build the football operations foundations of a new NRL club and contribute directly to the environments that support players, coaches and performance staff.
You will work across training, match days and travel in an ambitious, collaborative and high performing culture where initiative is valued and no two days are the same. Most importantly, your work will help the Perth Bears deliver operational excellence on and off the field while creating a lasting legacy for Rugby League in Western Australia.
Working in a Start-Up Environment
The Perth Bears are a start-up organisation in a critical foundation phase. This position is intentionally hands-on and will initially operate with lean support structures.
You will be expected to coordinate processes, build trusted relationships, solve problems in real time and deliver day-to-day operational outcomes as the club grows.
Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong personal accountability, attention to detail and a willingness to move between planning and practical delivery.
