About the Role

As the Netball Coordinator (Community Clinics), you’ll oversee the delivery of Netball Victoria’s community programs, including Train Like a Vixen (TLAV) and NetSetGO. This role focuses on increasing participation, supporting grassroots netball, and ensuring high-quality program experiences across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Clinics: Responsibility for delivery, administration, and coordination of community clinics, TLAV, and any future products
  • Associated Duties: Associated duties relating to netball participation and clinics, including strategic planning, monitoring budgets and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of Foundation Coaching Accreditation
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in sports administration or similar
  • Ability to deliver to work plans, meet deadlines and manage time effectively, work autonomously and as a member of a team
  • Strong customer service skills including communication skills; face to face, telephone and written reports and general correspondence
  • An understanding of sport culture and grass roots sporting organisations, within netball will be an advantage
  • Preparedness to travel to country regions, work evenings and weekends as required
  • Some knowledge and/or experience working with individuals, groups or communities from an All Abilities, Multicultural or Indigenous background will be an advantage
