About you -
- Experience working in gender equality, inclusion, or social change - ideally in sport, policy, or government
- Ability to use data and evidence to guide decisions and track progress
- Confidence in identifying barriers and helping shape practical solutions
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder across sectors
- Skills in preparing strategic advice and reports for senior leaders
This position is offered as a FIXED TERM position until 30th June 2026 with the possibility of being extended or made ongoing.
