Description

Representative Programs | NBL1 Game Day Presentation

Hills Basketball Association is seeking a highly organised Representative Administrator to support the delivery of our Junior, Senior and Wheelchair Representative Programs, with a key leadership role in the presentation and delivery of NBL1 home games.

This position is primarily focused on representative program administration, working closely with athletes, families, coaches and internal teams. During the NBL1 season, the role also acts as the on-site lead for NBL1 home game presentation, supervising game day operations to ensure a professional, high-quality event experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across all Representative Programs
  • Manage registrations, records, uniforms, compliance and program communications
  • Support trials, events and representative game days
  • Lead and supervise NBL1 home game day presentation, including staff coordination, logistics and compliance
  • Act as the key on-site contact to ensure NBL1 game days run smoothly and professionally

About You:

  • Experience in sports administration, program administration or event-based administrative roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident supervising people and operations in live event environments
  • Comfortable working in busy, deadline-driven settings
  • Available for occasional evening and weekend work, including NBL1 home games

This is a permanent part-time position (24 hours per week [Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm]) with additional NBL1 game day involvement during the season.

If you enjoy structured administration and being trusted to lead on game day, this is a great opportunity to be part of elite basketball presentation while building a career in sports administration.

For candidates seeking full-time employment, additional hours may be available through expanded event supervision and operational support roles, subject to experience and organisational needs.
