  • Casual Role, Casual hours per week
  • $41.06 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + superannuation.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in bringing this experience to life. As a Lifeguard, you will help keep our patrons safe through proactive supervision, promote water safety, and deliver friendly, professional service that makes every visit both safe and memorable.

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 

  1. Ensure adequate supervision is provided to maintain a safe environment for all users, including overseeing pools and surrounding areas.
  2. Assist the operations team and senior lifeguard in ensuring that the pools, buildings, grounds, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to meet community expectations for service delivery.
  3. Execute preventive measures, conduct rescues, initiate emergency protocols as necessary, and ensure compliance with facility regulations while enhancing the customer experience through diligent reporting and documentation.
