As part of our team, you will play a key role in bringing this experience to life. As a Lifeguard, you will help keep our patrons safe through proactive supervision, promote water safety, and deliver friendly, professional service that makes every visit both safe and memorable.

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Ensure adequate supervision is provided to maintain a safe environment for all users, including overseeing pools and surrounding areas.
- Assist the operations team and senior lifeguard in ensuring that the pools, buildings, grounds, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to meet community expectations for service delivery.
- Execute preventive measures, conduct rescues, initiate emergency protocols as necessary, and ensure compliance with facility regulations while enhancing the customer experience through diligent reporting and documentation.
