Netball ACT (NACT) is looking for an enthusiastic individual to coordinate our Performance Pathways across our Academy and State Team Programs. This role will require you to coordinate all logistical requirements for travelling teams, as well as being the Manager for our Netball ACT and Capital Spirit Academy programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all athlete, coach, and official selection processes from athlete nomination, trials, convenor of selectors, and athlete feedback provision
Coordinate all logistical tasks around State teams and academies for domestic camps and competition eg. uniform, travel, court bookings
Prepare appropriate policies, procedures and all other communications to the athletes athlete parents, coaches and team support staff
Build strong relationships with Netball ACT Member Associations
Foster collaborative partnerships with Netball Australia to benefit the netball ecosystem
Position Capabilities
Demonstrated experience working in High Performance Sport and/or Performance Pathways
Demonstrated experience working as part of a team to achieve the organisations objectives
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
High level interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain partnerships, networks and client relationships
Key Selection Criteria
Experience in a similar role within High Performance Sport / Performance pathways.
Experience and/or knowledge in managing sporting teams and booking travel and logistical arrangements for a sporting team or groups.
Computing skills including the use of spreadsheets, data bases, and word processing.
