We are seeking an Aquatic Operations Supervisor to oversee our pool operations, lead a team of dedicated lifeguards, and maintain our facility to the highest standards.
In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and develop our pool operations staff, implement training programs, ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. You will also manage equipment, facilities, and operational processes, while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- A commencing annual salary of $88,192 with progression up to $99,255 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
- Work a 7 day roster (based on a 38 hour week) including weekend and public holidays work as required
