The Wellbeing & Community Engagement Manager will play a critical role in fostering the holistic development and welfare of players and staff. Promote the Northern Pride brand and that of the players and staff through engagement with all parts of the community, whilst managing the Northern Pride Community Engagement Programs.
This position is designed to enhance player performance, promote positive mental and physical wellbeing, and ensure the long-term personal development of all members within the organisation. Additionally increase the players capability to engage and participate in the community, utilising Northern Pride Community Engagement programs.
The Wellbeing Manager will provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources, ensuring the environment is conducive to optimal health and professional growth both on and off the field.
